Library Card

To check items out books, DVD's, other materials or use any of our digital resources, you will need a library card.

If you don't have a library card, no worries as we can help! Here are the options to get a card:

Come visit the Library at 503 4th Street in downtown Sergeant Bluff and we'll assign you one.
Send us an email to libstaff@cityofsergeantbluff.com with the information in the form below.
Fill out the form below and click the submit button and we will assign you a new library card
number and we will notify you when your card is ready for pick up at the library!
